Request Password Help

Are you lost? Do you have difficulties in finding your right way to using myUSEP? This section of the system provides answers to common password request problems encountered by its newbie users.

Step 1: Complete and submit the myUSEP Password Request e-Form

• The email address that you entered in your students account profile (USEP-UGTO) record should be entered in the email field. If you haven't registered any email address upon enrolment please visit your college or USEP-UGTO to update your profile. Your pertinent login information including your ID and password will be sent to this e-mail.
• After you received the e-mail notication from myUSEP, you may be able to log in back to the system. Just a tip, consider changing your password to something complicated but can be easily remembered. :-)
