Are you lost? Do you have difficulties in finding your right way to using myUSEP? This section of the system provides answers to common login problems encountered by most newbies.
Login Tips
- For security and privacy, please ensure that you log out of the system, using the "Log out" button. Also, please remember to close down your browser if you are using a public PC, to prevent unauthorised access of your information.
- Regularly change your passwords.
Troubleshooting - Why can't I log in?
- Make sure you are logging in using the right account. Are you using the correct credentials? To use myUSEP you need a username and password provided to you (initially default password = 123456). Then, you will be asked to changed your password to a new one. You need to have your Certificate of Registration (COR) for the schedule code of the semester you selected. If you lost or forgot your login information click the Request Password link.
- Check that you are typing your username and password correctly. It is very easy to accidentally insert a typo in the login fields, especially the password as you can't see what you are typing.
- Remember that passwords are case sensitive
